These terms apply to all sample requests, quotations, and purchases made through Pinky Llama.

Samples

Sample sets are offered free of charge to qualified roasteries in Berlin and Europe, subject to availability.

Orders

All orders are confirmed in writing. Prices are quoted ex-works or delivered as agreed, and payment terms are stated on each invoice.

Liability

Pinky Llama selects and pre-screens coffee lots carefully. We are liable for defects attributable to our handling, within the limits set by applicable law.
