Peruvian green coffee importer
We source directly from producer cooperatives in Cusco and San Martín, then handle samples, logistics and delivery so you can focus on roasting.
Every lot is shade-grown, hand-picked and preselected for defects before it reaches Berlin. Request a free sample set and taste what Andean altitude and patient farming can do.
Available in 30 kg GrainPro-lined bags or full pallets, delivered to Berlin and Europe.
Shade-grown under native canopy between 1,400 and 1,950 m. Cool Andean nights slow the cherry maturation and build sugar density without any technical shortcut.
We source from two Peruvian cooperatives we visit ourselves. Fair farmgate prices, clean water use and forests left standing are part of every contract.
Free 200 g sample sets, full farm and price breakdowns, and containers followed from Lima to Berlin. We handle the paperwork so your roastery does not have to.
Nature does the work
Peru sits where Amazon humidity meets the cold Andes. Cherries ripen over eight to nine months instead of five, under shade trees that were never cleared. No irrigation, no forced drying — the climate does the work, and the cup keeps an acidity and sweetness that fast-grown coffee never develops.
We work with producer groups we know personally in Quillabamba, Cusco, and in San Martín near Jaén. Every lot is hand-picked, screened for defects and cupped in Lima before it is offered in Berlin.
From the cloud forests of Cusco to the high jungle of San Martín, every bag carries the altitude, rain rhythm and soil of one specific Peruvian landscape — and the values of the people who farm it. Slow is not a delay here. It is the flavour.
Pinky Llama's route across Peru — following every lot from the coast over the mountains to the high jungle.
The great companion of the plateau: the largest of the three, strong, resilient and faithful, with thick, hardy wool.
The smallest and wildest — and the finest wool in the world. A symbol of the pure nature of the high hills.
Medium-sized, tender-looking and impossibly soft — bred for wool, not for carrying.

Three 200 g samples, free for roasteries in Berlin and Europe, with the full farm and price breakdown for each lot. Write us and we ship the same week.
